Mitsuko is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Who has been teaching since 2011.

Her classes have been described as cozy and womb-like as she creates ambiance by music and lighting control depending on the room that is being occupied.

As per routine of any Kundalini Yoga Class, verbal instruction is given of the postures, eye position, breath work, mudra and/or mantra throughout the exercise.

Each class is unique. Come for the experience and let go of your inner resistance. ​

Recipe of a Kundalini Yoga Class:
  • ong namo guru dev namo tune-in
  • pranayam
  • warm-up exercises
  • kriya (a series of exercises for a specific duration of time)
  • rest/relaxation (with the gong)
  • meditation
  • long time sunshine and long sat nam closeout
