![]() My intention to blog more frequently this year is slowly moving forward. I would say bi-yearly is progress. :) This year has been a year of growth and development in my teaching. Currently I am teaching Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at Santa Barbara Yoga Center, and Friday evenings and Sunday mornings including leading a Saturday Morning Sadhana at Divinitree in Santa Barbara. At the beginning of the year my experience of focusing on a specific set each month gave the students an opportunity to get a handle on the Kundalini Kriyas through repetition. I received comments from students on how they enjoyed the experience of repetition. It supported them to be able to get out of their heads and get in touch with themselves by increasing the awareness of their physical and emotional ways of being. I am finding that this journey of self exploration is a fascinating and never ending process of self-unraveling and experientially understanding that everything is connected. For more unraveling and self exploration join me this Saturday, July 26th, at 8:15pm in the Sun Room at Divinitree. I will be leading a Long Meditation during the New Moon. This community building event is by donation, and I hope that this experience will exponentially grow each month to support those who are looking to manifest and fully experience and share the greatness that lies within. "When our spirit and actions are in harmony; when our heart and thoughts are in accord, that is deep meditation." ~ Dharma Master Shih Cheng Yen
