Mitsuko is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, at Divinitree, and has been serving the Kundalini Yoga Community since 2011. She recently completed a KRI Certified Level 2 Teacher Training Module on Mind and Mediation, and is excited to share this wealth of information with new, well-versed or in-between meditators who are wanting to nurture their daily personal practice.
This workshop covers concepts, tools and techniques from the Kundalini Yoga perspective. Build a strong and steady daily meditation practice ranging from 1 minute to 2 1/2 hrs.

My desire is to share the benefits of this practice to those who are looking to become more in sync with their authentic self and access their innate brilliance.
Use the active energy of the full moon to meditate and support personal growth: change of habits, stress relief emotionally and physically, increase memory, concentration and self-awareness, reduce "wandering mind," fear and anxiety.
Led by Mitsuko, this will be a physically active long meditation (22 to 31 minutes) that will work on pushing you physically, mentally and possibly emotionally to strengthen the reaction of your nervous system under stress.
The recipe of this 1.5 hr event: Kundalini Yoga Warm Up, a Long Active Meditation and a consolidating Gong Bath Shavasana.
