The way to make and support change is to repetitively, constantly and habitually do, or go in the direction of doing, an action that supports the transformational shift within oneself. This practice has that. Through the direction and guidance of one's rhythmic breathing, repetitive rhythmic movement of the body in a specific way, mind focus, visually and through repeated verbal phrases silently and/our out loud, is how internal shifts and transformation can happen.
This experiential practice will elevate your mood, strengthen your body, enhance your mind, improve your overall health, and establish your connection to spirit and the community at large.
