Meet Mitsuko
Certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Reiki Master
I believe in the transformative power of yoga, sound and reiki. I offer community classes in-person and online, including private individualized sessions. I specialize in Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Restorative Yoga with sound (gongs, chimes, rainstick, crystal bowls), Reiki Master and Baby Potty Training Sessions. My mission is to support the community to achieve holistic wellness, inner peace, and connection with their mind, body, and spirit.
