Start your Saturday with intention. Join us at Francesca Park for a grounding Kundalini Yoga practice followed by a live gong bath under the open sky. Open to all levels! No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, a mat, and a water bottle. Book by Friday at 6:00 PM to reserve your spot.
